Buyer reviewAs mentioned above in the survey. Jared was very responsive anytime we reached out to him. We thought we were out of the running for this opportunity, but as it turned out, Jared kept our phone number and when the original opportunity he had on this property fell through, he reached back out to us, and we were able to make the purchase. A lot of people would have not kept my number, Jared did, and it all worked out. Jared was also very helpful with providing us info on the area and Southern Hills in general. He took his time to walk the lot with us, gave us a tour of the facilities and amenities and was very patient with us. It's been a pleasure doing business with Jared and getting to know him in general. We would for sure recommend Jared to others and or be a reference if needed. THANKS Jared...!
